A decal or transfer is a plastic, cloth, paper, or ceramic substrate with a pattern or image printed on it that may be transferred to another surface upon contact, generally with the use of heat or water. Personal items such as a vehicle, laptop, boat, and even a home may be customized.

The boat custom decals are the most exciting.

Here is a detailed method on making boat custom decals. All you need is a pair of scissors, a tape, and Spray bottle with 3 drops of dishwasher, masking tape and squeegee that come along with the lettering.  You may also want a pack of straight razor or blade for popping any air bubbles that are left at the finish.  First of all, use the cleaners to prepare the surface for vinyl.  The glass cleaner will remove any surface contaminants that prevent the vinyl from sticking. First of all bring a rough tape and place the lettering in place where you think it belongs. Now measure the height exactly you want and be careful between the two points so that one should be able to rotate between the points. For the sides Use the masking tape. Slide the graphics into place. Now wet down the sticky tape with Soapy water. Put the page in place.  Take a squeeze air out all the bubbles to give them firm adhesion. Let it dry.

Now it's time to peel off the transfer Tape.  Move the tape upside down for easy removal.  Use a Squeezy so that text remains in its place. And here done. Boat custom decals are ready.
